After more than 20 years working at a senior level in marketing and digital development (25+ overall) - across a range of exciting, complex and often challenging commercial, agency and non-profit environments - I have the experience, insight, knowledge and the hands-on skills needed to help steer your marketing strategy, digital offering or your entire organisation in fresh, new directions.
I can help in other ways too. Trouble-shooting problem areas. Transforming tired brands or lacklustre campaigns. Breathing new life into 'stale' agency or supplier relationships. Or simply getting your marketing and digital projects back on track.

AGILE MINDSET
When wholesale change seems like the only option left, think again. Most things are fixable. It often just takes a degree of flexibility, the right set of skills and a calm, practical and solution-focused approach to turn things around.
While I can't deliver the impossible - and it's wise to be very wary of the many 'snake-oil' salesmen and digital marketing 'gurus' who promise the moon on a stick, no matter how polished their pitch - I always aim to deliver the best, most cost-effective and media-neutral solutions possible, on time and on budget.
I am 100% transparent about what I do and am happy to explain my methods, tools and any potential risks along the way. Similarly, I have no qualms about stepping aside, if I believe that others - maybe a sector expert, a specialist agency or a trusted supplier - can add greater value, improved results or deliver a better outcome. Collaboration makes magic happen.
